Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on all orders in Central and Eastern Europe. The products will be shipped within 2 working days of order confirmation via UPS or DHL. We encourage packages to be delivered to a secure location – GZEITEN is not responsible for stolen packages. We do not offer international shipping on our checkout. Please contact us if you would like to order a wetsuit to be shipped to overseas (US, Australia etc.) GZEITEN is not responsible for import fees & duties, please check your country’s rates before purchasing. GZEITEN is not responsible for stolen or damaged packages once the carrier has marked it delivered. GZEITEN is not responsible for ANY shipping delays, mis-delivery, or other unforeseen issues once GZEITEN has surrendered the package to the shipping carrier.
You will have 30 days to return your unused wetsuit for a full refund. We charge 5 Euro per returned item to promote conscious consumption, minimizing our collective carbon footprint. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect all returns for signs of sand and wear. We will have sole discretion in the final determination of return eligibility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
If returning from outside Europe you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs from GZEITEN to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping the item yourself, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
